You get a strange feeling when you’re about to leave a place. Like you’ll not only miss the people you love but you’ll miss the person you are now at this time and this place, because you’ll never be this way ever again.
I love that moment. When you’re on a long car ride, or listening to music, or reading. And you completely zone out. You forget your troubles, and everyone around you. You’re focused on that one thing, and that one thing only. You’re content, and everything seems peaceful.

Dear CNN,
This is the message I pose to the Media that are allowing this woman to speak on their shows.
Liberal hypocrisy is the act of a liberal saying or doing a certain thing for which they condemn others in doing. Well how about condemning others for the very thing you protect?? under what category of hypocrisy does that fall under? I would like for you to take a look at my recent postings on the Valdosta Flag Subject. I would also like for you to pose a few questions from a confused citizen of the U.S. towards the Air Force Vet that will be appearing on your show..
In her exact words: “The American Flag represent our Freedom Why would you want to walk on that?” …did she bother directing that inquiry towards the protesters BEFORE removing the flag?
Also, what exactly are her reasons for serving in the military?
To serve and protect our country so that a piece of cloth that REPRESENTS Freedom sustain? or was it to serve and protect our country so that FREEDOM ITSELF sustain??
And one more thing, she said and i quote ““If your cause is racism then find some white people and walk on them. But to walk on the flag is walking on our symbol of freedom.”…….so you would rather I walk on actual living, breathing, white people than walk on a flag..? and where if i may ask, do i find these white people who would be so yielding to a foot parade??
I only look to understand her point of view because the sensible deduction I have obtained from my own understanding is in opposition of hers and YET her opinion is being broadcast to the millions. And I do state her stance on this matter as a matter of opinion. To take away someone’s right to do anything is a restriction of freedom and isn’t that what the flag she was holding represented? freedom?
Again, I do not write to offend and hope that my request can be fulfilled.
Thank You For Your Time.
Dear Valdosta State University,
As an American, I can Sympathize with those who dislike the idea of burning the very SYMBOL of this GREAT country that we live in. but the very essence of BEING American is IN the freedom which the word American defines without fail. Is it not American to voice one opinions regardless of oppressing criticism? Is it not our right as Americans to protest and rally to unveil Injustice and to see that Justice is delivered? …a paper heart can symbolize/represent Love but the burning or tearing of that paper heart does not change the FEELING of Love that you possess. And how can we, the viewers of this video, know what the crux of the matter is about it? The video only shows a conflict over a Flag. It does not entail WHY the Flag, itself was being defiled. These are civilians, may i remind you. COLLEGE students to be specific, what have they endured in America that cause them to commit such an act?? What Corruption have they Witnessed that lead them to demonstrations of desecration?? So I apologize if I do not Rant and Rave over the dirtying of a Flag. ESPECIALLY a flag that was created when not all people were free in the Land of the Free. A Flag is nothing but cloth with colored dye to me, I AM the Greatest Symbol this country has. It is I, who was born and lived in this country, who carries on what my forefathers sought to do in the past. and that is make an IDEAL America where you can live without prejudice of color, race, or religion. When a FLAG can accomplish all of that, then and only then will I raise a hand at the offender…
